In a survey of our Isle of Wight customers in July 2017...
89% rated our service as Very Good or Excellent.
The remaining 11% rated our service as Good.
83% said that they would Strongly Recommend Acclaim to their suppliers and customers.
None said that they would not recommend Acclaim.
"Firstly please accept our apologies for the delay in sending this email but we did want to put in writing our thanks to both Rachel at Southampton and Dillon on the Isle of Wight for organising the delivery of our large, heavy replacement bath yesterday.
Having been very frustrated by the mis information provided by the supplier regarding deliveries and having already received one replacement bath the week before which was damaged it was really appreciated that Dillon went out of his way to ensure this delivery could be made when we were at home and sending out two men rather than one due to the size of the crate.
Thanks too to Rachel for providing additional re-assurance that the delivery would be made yesterday at a time that was convenient despite the supplier not paying for a timed service. The drivers too could not have been more helpful and please pass on our thanks to them.
We are not big social media users I am afraid but we are happy for you to use any of these comments on your website. People are quick to complain and slow to praise and we cannot express enough our thanks to acclaim for going above and beyond what you needed to in order to make a successful and safe delivery."
