This morning, I have taken delivery of a very large, very long and very heavy consignment which he with much patience, grit and determination managed to get off his lorry. Please would you ensure this positive feedback reaches both Nick and his manager?

Very good service provided by Robert Langridge. Acclaim seems to be a fairly big company with great personal service which you usually get with a small company. Everything I have had transported has arrived in perfect condition and the delivery men have been very pleasant,Can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent service

I ordered from sports direct, was missing part of my order.
Countless emails to them but no reply, explains why they are rated so low in customer service.

After receiving part of my order, Richard M of acclaim logistics emailed to ask if i had received my order and was i missing anything.

I explained my situation, within few minutes he tracked and located my missing item.

Contacted mainland courier for me and within a couple days my missing items from my order was delivered.
Fantastic company, nice to know they follow up after delivering parcels.
If i didn't get help from Richard M, i don't know how long i would have waited for missing parcel.

"Firstly please accept our apologies for the delay in sending this email but we did want to put in writing our thanks to both Rachel at Southampton and Dillon on the Isle of Wight for organising the delivery of our large, heavy replacement bath yesterday.

Having been very frustrated by the mis information provided by the supplier regarding deliveries and having already received one replacement bath the week before which was damaged it was really appreciated that Dillon went out of his way to ensure this delivery could be made when we were at home and sending out two men rather than one due to the size of the crate.

Thanks too to Rachel for providing additional re-assurance that the delivery would be made yesterday at a time that was convenient despite the supplier not paying for a timed service. The drivers too could not have been more helpful and please pass on our thanks to them.

We are not big social media users I am afraid but we are happy for you to use any of these comments on your website. People are quick to complain and slow to praise and we cannot express enough our thanks to acclaim for going above and beyond what you needed to in order to make a successful and safe delivery."
