We’d like to say a big thank you to all of the businesses that took the time to respond to our recent Isle of Wight customer satisfaction survey. We were overwhelmed with both the level of response, and the positive comments and feedback received, and were particularly delighted to learn that 100% of respondents would rate Acclaim’s service as Very Good or Excellent, whilst 98% would recommend us to a friend or colleague.
We’ve taken on board suggestions regarding the online visibility of consignments and intend to roll out a new online track and trace system for parcel deliveries (APC Expect) in response to this feedback. We will also be more widely publicising the current track and trace and ETA functionality for our Palletways deliveries so that all customers are aware that this service is available to them.
